General Type and Character of Projects - Over 85% of our projects are Design/Build with a heavy emphasis on the planning phase of a project.  Irmscher has completed over 44 Design/Build physician and hospital owned medical facilities.  Irmscher is also currently focusing on the design and building of student housing.  As an "old line" general contractor, Irmscher has long time experience designing and building industrial and commercial facilities.
