Irmscher's Design/Build experience includes the design and construction of automotive, manufacturing, steel service, food processing, clean room, plastic injection molding, metal stamping and many other industrial process facilities. Irmscher's process provides maximum value for our customers with practical projects that are delivered on time and within budget. Some examples include:

• Fleming Companies, Inc. selected Irmscher, Inc. to completely remodel a 1,000,000-sq. ft. warehouse facility and add 75 truck bays.
• Foamex International, LP selected Irmscher, Inc. to construct a foam bunn room addition to the existing facility in Auburn, Indiana. Irmscher, Inc. provided alternative structural solutions to span 220-ft. wide, supporting a 220-ft. wide top running crane.
• DePuy, Inc., a division of Johnson & Johnson, selected Irmscher, Inc. to design and construct 100,000-sq. ft. of additional office space. This recently completed project is the fourth major DePuy, Inc. expansion constructed by Irmscher, Inc., combining for a total of nearly 250,000-sq. ft. completed for this client since 1986. The addition consists of an executive office, general offices, marketing, production services, cafeteria, and health services.
• Thunderbird Products of Decatur selected Irmscher, Inc. to design and construct a 127,500-sq. ft. manufacturing addition to the existing building to increase the plant capacity and create a new 60-foot Formula powerboat assembly facility.  The challenges were to design and build an extensive ventilation system that would eliminate exhaust fumes during the manufacture and testing of large powerboats.
